So much of what we’ve been told rests on shaky ground, and I’ve made it my mission to dig into the science and uncover the truth. I’ll do the research so you don’t have to, then share it here in a way that’s practical, simple, and empowering.

Knowledge Is Power
As a wife and mother, keeping my family healthy has always been at the heart of everything I do. For years, I worked hard to prepare what I thought were “balanced” meals, making sure my loved ones got the nutrition they needed. But I’ll be honest, like many of you, I often felt lost in the sea of conflicting advice from doctors, articles, and online sources. One expert would say one thing, and another would completely contradict it. The confusion was overwhelming, and I was left wondering what was truly best for my family.
Over time, I realized the only way forward was to go deeper, to really understand the science behind nutrition instead of relying on outdated or incomplete advice. That decision changed everything for me. I went back to school, earned Certificates in Nutrition and Wellness Coaching from Harvard Medical School Executive Education, and have dedicated myself to studying how food truly impacts the body and mind.
Today, my mission is simple: to share what I learn with you. I seek out the work of trusted scientists and doctors who are grounded in evidence, not trends, and I translate that research into clear, practical insights you can use. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to make healthier choices for yourself and for your family.

Welcome to my blog! I’m Aida, and for the past 10 years I’ve been on a life-changing low-carb, keto journey that has transformed not only my body, but also my mind. Through this lifestyle, I’ve gained energy, reduced inflammation, and experienced a level of health I never thought possible. But my transformation didn’t stop there. The more I learned, the more curious I became about why this worked so well when mainstream advice had failed me and so many others.
That curiosity led me back to school. I now hold three certificates in nutrition and wellness coaching from Harvard Medical School Executive Education, and I’ve dedicated the past several years to studying the science behind nutrition. What I’ve learned is eye-opening: much of the conventional advice we’ve been given about food, health, and disease is incomplete, outdated, or just plain wrong. My mission now is to share research, bring forward the science, and help debunk the nutritional misinformation that has confused and misled people for far too long.
