Mind Body Synergy exists because I could not find what I needed when I needed it most.

I spent years following conventional nutrition advice, cutting fat, counting calories, trusting a system that was not built for the way my body actually worked. When things stopped working after 40, I did what most women do. I tried harder. I ate less. I pushed through the fatigue and the cravings and the frustration. None of it produced lasting results, and no one I spoke to could explain why.

So I went looking for answers myself. I studied human physiology. I completed formal training in Nutrition and Wellness Coaching through Harvard Medical School Executive Education. I read the research that contradicted everything I had been told, and I followed it. I changed the way I ate entirely. I removed the processed food, the seed oils, and the carbohydrates driving my insulin. I rebuilt my meals around real protein, healthy fat, and the foods my body actually recognized as fuel.

The results were not subtle. The weight shifted. The brain fog cleared. The cravings stopped. My energy became stable in a way I had not experienced in years.

And I realized that the information I had found, the science that explained all of it, was not hard to understand. It was just not being communicated to women in a way they could actually use.

That is what this site is.

Mind Body Synergy is a nutrition education platform. I write articles that break down the science of low-carb living, hormonal health, leptin resistance, insulin, and what actually happens in a woman's body after 40. I do not sell supplements. I do not run a coaching practice. I do not take on one-on-one clients. What I offer is clear, research-backed information and one structured program built around the approach that changed my own health.
