Trusted Products I Use and Recommend

These are products I actually use. Not a curated list, not sponsored content. Just the things sitting in my kitchen, my bathroom, and my pantry that I'd tell a friend about without hesitation.

NOBS Toothpaste Tablets by biöm

For years I used conventional toothpaste marketed for sensitive teeth. It never actually fixed the sensitivity. It just became part of my routine because I didn't know there was another option.

Then I started researching how other countries handle dental health. What I found surprised me. Many countries don't use fluoride at all, and their dental outcomes are comparable. Japan and much of Europe use nano-hydroxyapatite instead, a mineral that naturally makes up 97% of your tooth enamel. It remineralizes teeth without the toxicity concerns that come with fluoride.

I'm also not comfortable with mass medication. Fluoride in the water supply is, in my opinion, exactly that. The connection between fluoride exposure and thyroid disruption is not a conspiracy theory. It's documented.

We switched to NOBS as a family. The sensitivity improvement was noticeable within weeks. Years later, it's still a non-issue for all of us. The tablets are mess-free, travel-friendly, and come in a glass jar with no plastic waste.

If you've been told fluoride is the only path to healthy teeth, I'd encourage you to look at what the rest of the world is doing.

Grazly’s Grass-Fed Bison Tallow & Manuka Honey Balm

I bought this originally for dry, flaky winter skin. It worked faster than anything I'd tried before. Now I use it daily, head to toe, and on my lips instead of the chemical-laden chapstick I used to reach for without thinking.

The ingredients list is short on purpose. Grass-fed bison tallow, raw Manuka honey, organic beeswax. That's it. No fillers, no fragrance, no ingredients you need a chemistry degree to identify.

My husband had dealt with dry, irritated skin for years. This is the first thing that actually gave him relief. A little goes a long way, one jar lasts months, and nothing about it feels like a compromise.

Your skin absorbs everything you put on it. This is one of the easiest swaps you can make.

Caraway Cookware

When you change the way you eat, you start paying attention to everything. The food matters. But so does what you cook it in.

Most conventional cookware is coated with PTFE and PFAS, chemicals that break down under heat and end up in your food. I wasn't willing to clean up my diet and then undermine it every time I turned on the stove.

Caraway uses a ceramic coating with none of that. No PTFE, no PFAS, no chemical off-gassing. They heat evenly, clean up easily, and look good in the kitchen. I use them every day and have gifted them to my kids because once you know what's in conventional pans, you can't unknow it.

If you've overhauled your food, your cookware is worth a second look.

Tastee Smart Air Fryer

Same reason I switched the cookware. Clean food cooked in a chemical-coated appliance is still a problem.

Most air fryers use PTFE-coated baskets. Under high heat, that coating breaks down. Tastee uses a ceramic-coated basket with none of that, and it's the only air fryer I've felt good about using regularly.

We cook wings and steak in it mostly. It heats evenly, cleans up fast, and doesn't require a manual every time you use it. Simple by design.

I bought one for each of my adult kids. When you've put in the work to eat clean, the last thing you want is the appliance undoing it.

Kitsch Shampoo & Conditioner Bars

I switched for the same reason I switch most things. I looked at the ingredients list and didn't like what I saw.

Conventional shampoo is loaded with parabens, sulfates, silicones, and phthalates. Your scalp absorbs what you put on it, the same way your skin does. I wasn't willing to clean up my food and leave my haircare untouched.

I've been using Kitsch for about a year. No parabens, no sulfates, no plastic bottle. My hair feels nourished in a way it didn't before. The bars lather well, smell clean without being overpowering, and one bar lasts longer than you'd expect.

A simple swap that's worth making.

Vera Salts

Microplastics are everywhere now. In the water, in the soil, in conventional sea salt. The research on long-term exposure is still catching up, but I wasn't willing to wait for it. My kids will be dealing with the consequences of this generation's choices. That was enough for me to find something better.

Vera Salt is third-party tested and free from microplastics and contaminants. It's harvested from an ancient spring and retains its natural minerals, magnesium, calcium, and potassium, the way unprocessed salt should.

On a low-carb or carnivore diet, salt isn't optional. Your body excretes more sodium when you cut carbohydrates, and you need to replace it. I want the salt my family consumes every day to be as clean as the food on our plates.

We all use it now. I've gifted it to family and they haven't gone back either.

Ancestral Supplements Grass-Fed Beef Liver Capsules

I'm not a supplement person. I've said it many times and I mean it. The supplement industry is largely unregulated, the claims are often exaggerated, and most of what's on the shelf isn't worth your money.

But I also believe in being honest about what I've actually tried.

Liver is the most nutrient-dense food on the planet. Vitamin A, B12, iron, choline, folate. The problem is the taste, and I've never been able to get past it no matter how I prepare it.

These capsules are 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised beef liver from New Zealand. No fillers, no flow agents, third-party tested. When I take them consistently, I notice sharper mental focus. That matters to me because I spend most of my time researching, writing, and digging through nutrition science. Clear thinking isn't optional.

I'm not telling you this is a must-have. I'm telling you it's the one supplement that has given me a result I can actually feel.

Keto Mojo Glucose & Ketone Testing Kit

When you change the way you eat, understanding what's actually happening in your body matters. Not how you feel in the moment, but what your glucose and ketones are doing in response to food, stress, and sleep.

I used this consistently when I started my low-carb journey. Now I reach for it when I'm testing a product or ingredient and want real data. If something claims to be metabolically neutral, I want to see my numbers before and after, not just take someone's word for it.

It measures both glucose and ketones in one device, which is what you need if you're eating low-carb or carnivore. I use the standard version without Bluetooth, straightforward and reliable.

If you're serious about understanding your metabolism and not just guessing, this is worth having.
