About the Creator
This program was created by Aida Krgin, founder of Mind-Body Synergy.
For nearly a decade, I have followed a low-carb lifestyle to restore my own health, stabilize my energy, and eliminate chronic inflammation and pain that conventional approaches did not resolve.
Through this personal journey, I developed a deep understanding of metabolic health and the role of insulin and leptin in regulating hunger, energy, and body weight.
I later completed formal training in Nutrition and Wellness Coaching through Harvard Medical School Executive Education, where I expanded my knowledge of the science behind metabolic function and behavior change.
I created this program to provide a clear, structured framework for others who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated, and who want a practical, sustainable path toward metabolic stability.
